    We handle most "dry" dairy products, including all types of cheeses, milk powders, whey, butter and dairy proteins. In addition, we also handle virtually every type of animal feed.   4. How much product can you handle?
    Quite a lot. We have 90,000 square feet of factory space to process and store products.

  5. I need some special processing done with my dairy products. . . .Can you handle special projects?
    Absolutely! We can do anything from stripping 40-pound blocks of cheese to customizing specific packaging for products that may need to be processed further. Fairway Dairy is well-equipped. We have our own machine shop and on-site machinists.

  6. How can Fairway Dairy and Ingredients and Fairway Dairy save my company money?
    Many of the services we offer would likely require you to use personnel and critical factory space for necessary work that does not make you much money. We allow you to better utilize your resources. For example, the plant floor space needed for reclamation could be put to use for another line in the factory, which is more cost-effective than reclamation. We allow you to get back to your business of making money!
